Now, as a licensed real estate agent, Drew can act as the listing agent or selling agent for any property listed on the MLS for the entire state of Ohio. He also handles rental properties, the purchasing and rehabbing of foreclosed homes and public auction type sales.
He works with sellers to set the list price they are comfortable with, and there is no minimum timeframes for having a house listed. While many agents charge a total commission of 6% to 7%, Drew charges only 5% for any residential home listing in Clermont County, Ohio.
But a reduced commission never means reduced service.
